통화에 관한 Dialog

A: Aren't you going to get that? It's OK. Go ahead, answer it.

    안 받아? 괜찮아 어서 받어.

B: Hello? Could you hold on (for) a second(minute)?

    여보세요? 네, 잠시만요.

A: I'm sorry but I need(have) to take this (+call).

    미안한데, 통화 좀 하고 올께.

    * 통화 좀 하고 올께. I need to make a phone call.

B: Yeah, go ahead. Take your time.

    어 그래. 받고 와. 서두르지마.

A: That was my uncle.

    삼촌이었어.

B: Are you close with your uncle?

    삼촌이랑 친해?

A: (Ever) Since my father passed away, he has been calling me from time to time (or every now and then).

    아, 우리 아버지가 돌아가시고 나서부터 전화를 가끔 하시더라구.

    * Ever는 그냥 강조하기 위해 붙일 수 있음

    * 현재완료 시제 상에서는 sometimes 보다는 from time to time이나 every now and then이 훨씬 자연스러움

B: We are not that(very) close. (but these days) we talk on the phone once or twice a week.

    그렇게 친하진 않은데, (요즘은) 1주일에 한 두 번 정도 통화 해.

2. 누구한테 전화가 오다: I got a call from a friend.

3. 연락을 하다: call, get in touch with
